Jacqueline Leggatt

b. 1959

Jacqueline Leggatt received her B.Mus in Piano from Queen’s University at Kingston, and her M.Mus and DMA in Composition from the University of British Columbia where she studied with Eugene Wilson. She has written works for film, plays and dance although her primary activity is in chamber music. Her works -in both acoustic and electroacoustic genres- have been performed throughout Canada and the U.S. Jacqueline is presently teaching at the Vancouver Academy of Music.
